WORKPLACE INVESTIGATIONS
If you have more than four employees, your odds of having to conduct a workplace at least once a year are significant. We will train you HR professionals to conduct effective workplace investigations to a successful conclusion.
Our course will take you through each phase of an internal investigation that uncovers company policy violations.

Collecting & analyzing evidence

Writing the investigation report with an effective recommendation.

We will detail how to organize, document, and conduct interviews with the complainant, the witnesses, and the accused. If applicable, we will cover the Company’s process for proving written notice and the appeal process.
